Hi, I’m Alyssa. Owner and Medical Aesthetic Specialist. I entered the beauty and wellness industry over 16 years ago. What began as a role of waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, and peels, quickly turned into furthering my skills in the medical spa services through additional training. I continued to gain experience working in the spa and medical spa industry as well as educating through various educational classes and hands-on training. While I was (and still am) grateful for all of the experience and training throughout the beginning of my career, I knew I would end up owning my own business someday. I have always gravitated towards leadership roles throughout my working life, my step-father inspired me to be an entrepreneur. Owning his own web design and photography business, he was always an inspiration. I truly love what I do and enjoy helping others through their journeys. There is nothing better than knowing you contributed to someone living a better life. While we offer an extensive service selection, my favorite services to have done is NeoSkin Laser Treatments and RF Microneedling for that collage boost. They both provide somewhat instant results and no downtime. When I’m not serving my clients’ and running a business you can find me traveling, loving on my cats, spending time with family and eating sushi!

Music: Listening to and playing music is my go-to meditation. It centers me. I also love to sing, and I can play the flute and bass guitar. Next up is learning to play the violin!

Visiting and learning about new places is a must. My favorite trip abroad was Sicily, Italy, but I’ve also had a great time in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the Bahamas. I even enjoy traveling alone and exploring new areas.

Food is my love language, even if it has to be gluten-free for me these days. My go-to is gourmet coffee and breakfast: think cappuccinos, Nutella croissants, and parfaits. Don’t get me wrong though, I will never turn down good sushi.

Hello, I'm Lorena! As the front desk administrator at Blossom Med Spa, I take pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. When I'm not at the spa, I am house hunting for my clients as a Realtor and traveling all around the South East side of PA. I have always had a passion and love for the beauty and wellness industry and have happily worked in the industry for over 7 years. One of my favorite parts about this world class industry is getting to see the happiness we bring to our clients when we deliver them exceptional services that can be life changing, the close relationships we develop with each person who trusts our abilities and comes to us for any of your needs.
In my free time, I also love to spend time with my family and my chosen family that are friends. I enjoy trying out Lancaster’s restaurants, nature with my Partner and our yorkiepoo, Izzy! I look forward to many years greeting you and helping you along your journey at Blossom Med Spa!

Katie is a born and raised Lancaster Native who has spent most of her time at sea. For the past few years she has been working as a vocalist aboard a cruise ship but recently decided to tackle life "on land" once more! At Blossom, Katie hopes to continue to build relationships and provide quality services to clients to help them feel more beautiful, important, and seen than they already are. Katie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting, so when she's not in the spa, you can find her performing all over Lancaster County!

Shannon has been an aesthetician for more than a decade. Since graduating from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, she has collected over 25 Advanced Training and certifications from multiple skin care lines, has had numerous trainings on machines ranging from basic skin care to lasers, and is also certified in permanent cosmetics. Her favorite part is learning new things along the way in this ever-changing industry. While she’s a huge fan of instant gratification (i.e. peels and laser treatments), her true joy is helping people.

Hi I'm Daniella! As a medical Aesthetician I strive to make my clients feel comfortable, and beautiful in their own skin. I think it is important to enhance each individual's natural beauty. Although I graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology in the Esthetics program, I have done most of my esthetics training in Los Angeles and New York City. I currently hold over 10 certifications in services and skincare brands. My favorite service is dermaplaning!
When I'm not working I like to dance, travel, work out, and spend time with my friends, family and my German Shepard. Client comfortability is my top priority, and I look forward to helping and educating my clients at Blossom, with all of their skincare needs!

Hello! My name is Karen Olshanskaya. I am originally from the Philadelphia area, but am loving my new home in quiet and beautiful central PA with my partner, Jacob. I have been a Physician Assistant since 2018 when I graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. The world of cosmetics has appealed to me ever since I did a facial plastic surgery rotation in PA school. I took the road of injectables in order to provide confidence and promote beauty to the public without undergoing invasive surgical procedures. In my free time I like to be outdoors, see friends, cook, and attend barre classes. Brownie points for anyone who can recommend a good hiking trail!

Thuy has been a registered nurse for 23 years, and a nurse injector at Blossom for the last 8 years. Her certifications include Botox and filler from the Institute of Laser Medicine and advanced master injection from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She most enjoys enhancing and customizing each client’s aesthetic needs to make them feel more comfortable and beautiful. Her favorite product is the PCA Skin Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum.

Bekah has 15 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting and over 2 years as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Laser Specialist at Blossom. Bekah graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from PA College of Nursing and Health Sciences and holds various certificates and trainings with Allergan, Revance, Galderma, AMET, Rana Kenelley, a cadaver course with Dr. Jason Bloom, PDO Max Threads, and the Institute for Laser Medicine.
Bekah’s personal favorite treatments are Sofwave Ultrasound tightening-because the results are amazing! As well as a fresh, rejuvenated lip thanks to lip filler! Her Favorite product is Clearchoice SPF to keep that pigment/sun damage away! When she’s not at work you’ll find her lifting weights in the gym and spending time with her husband and 3 kids, as well as her wrinkly English bulldog, Bear.

Hi there! I am Nikki. I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2021. Prior to this, I was a Registered Nurse working in central PA for 7 years. My nursing background is very broad and ranges from taking care of NICU babies to geriatric patients.
I have experience working with skin types of all ages. I have always been interested in Dermatology and Aesthetics. I have decided to pursue this interest to help clients feel happy and confident in their own skin! When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and our two Border Collies Maci and Murphy. I also enjoy time with family and friends, being outdoors and traveling.

Hi everyone! I graduated from American Barber and Beauty Academy and am now a licensed esthetician. I got into esthetics because I struggled with acne myself and wanted to help others overcome all of their skincare needs. My goal is to make people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy traveling and going to the gym. I am so excited to meet all of you and help you with your skin care journey.

Hi there! My name is Diann Cardello. I am certified in Sound Therapy, Instinctive Meditation, Vibrational Sound Therapy and Reiki. My love of helping others led me on a journey that began in 2013 with certification in Reiki and continuing my studies to include certification in Sound Therapy, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Instinctive Meditation, Trauma Informed Care, and completed my Reiki Master Training in 2022. I am looking forward to certification in July 2023 for practicing Medical Reiki in the operating room.
When not working with clients, you will find me in my art studio. Over the years, I have developed a successful art career, and I am grateful for opportunities to exhibit my work in galleries along the East Coast and online. Currently, I am a resident artist at Garth Gallery in Columbia, Pa.
I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially my puppy, Willy. And love spending time in nature, with a great love for the beach.

Danielle is dedicated to enhancing her client’s natural beauty through medical-grade skincare and personalized skin treatments to best address everyone’s skincare concerns, wants, and needs. In hopes of allowing her clients to feel like the absolute best version of themselves!
When she’s not at the medspa, you can find her coaching cheerleading or spending time with her family, boyfriend, and dogs! You can find Danielle at Fiori on Wednesdays and Fridays. She is very excited to meet you!

Hello! My name is Candi Rodriguez and I'm in love with massage therapy and body work! I graduated in the summer of 2000 from LSM here in Lancaster. I loved the experience of massage school. I have worked at a spa salon and done a variety of other subcontracted work with other body workers and there is always something new to learn.
I love to facilitate a pure divine healing touch. I believe this is my gift and I cherish helping others. Healing begins with an intuitive touch and seeing the relief and relaxation a massage can bring my clients is what makes this work truly rewarding.

Dr. Paul Kim is a board-certified plastic surgeon, licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and South Carolina and is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical society, which is only given to 1% of physicians in the United States.
Dr. Kim graduated from Columbia University and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his residency at Northwestern University and a fellowship for microsurgery and replantation surgery in Australia. Dr. Kim is a Key Opinion Leader for many technology companies in the plastic surgery field.
He is a national trainer for other plastic surgeons, helping them to learn and utilize the new technology and tools in their practices.
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Kim has donated his time to plastic surgery missionary trips in third world countries. He is a surgeon, fundraiser, and volunteer with Surgicorps International, performing life-changing surgeries such as birth deformities, burn wounds, and injuries from animals or accidents.
His dedication and efforts to these humanitarian causes earned him the prestigious “Alumni of the Year” award from his medical school.

Dr. Kim has been named the “Top Plastic Surgeon” by his peers in the Philadelphia area for 25 years running! Among other medical society memberships, he is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Kim is the co-owner and founder of Legacy Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics in Exton, PA.
He is on staff at The Surgery Center of Chester County, Chester County Hospital, and Paoli Hospital. He will also be offering treatments and services in our office.

I have my BA in Marketing from Alvernia University in Reading, PA. I was introduced into the beauty world about 20 years ago and I haven't looked back. I started as a part-time front desk spa coordinator while my daughters were young, worked my way up to salon manager for the last 8 years and now to my current position.
In my many years of experience I have a love for providing excellent customer service and getting to know my customers. I oversee all operations of the spa and I am known for my great leadership that my co-workers respect me for.
I have two amazing daughters who have also entered into the beauty industry over the last few years. My oldest is a licensed Esthetician and my youngest is a licensed Hair stylist. I look forward to seeing where their journey takes them.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my daughters, our 3 cats and 1 dog. I also enjoy any time spent with my core group of girlfriends where we go to dinners, any country concert and any weekend getaway we can. I love to travel anywhere I can put my toes in the sand.
I look forward to continuing my journey in this wonderful industry and making everyone's experience here a memorable one.
