All same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $50 fee, in addition to a 3% credit card charge. Your payment information on file will be used to process this transaction. In the case of repeat appointment disruption, management reserves the right to require a booking fee or prepayment for future services.
We ask that you give us a 24 hour reschedule/cancellation notice to allow our providers to fill the appointment.
